Hatakenaka Matcha Green Tea Soba Noodles were born form the collaboration of a soba factory with more than 120 years of history and the renowned tea master Sasaki.
The result of this collaboration is a tasty, aromatic and bright green tea soba noodles with the best balance of green tea matcha and soba flour.
Boil plenty of water in a pot, and put the soba into it.
Cook the soba for 5 minutes.
Take them out, quickly and gently wash the soba with cold water.
Enjoy the soba with cold or warm tsuyu sauce.
