Momoya Gohandesuyo is a long-selling Japanese condiment to be eaten with rice or other ingredients.
Gohandesuyo is made by boiling the seaweed and seasoning it with soy sauce.
The resulting black seaweed paste has a rich taste that pairs well with simple dishes like white steamed rice or plain noodles.
Use as a topping for steamed rice, noodles, mochi rice cake, onigiri or toast.
