Tsubuan is a type of anko (red bean paste) and is prepared by boiling and sweetening the red beans. It has a chunky texture and sweet taste.
For preparing this Tsubuan high quality azuki (red beans) and sugar from Hokkaido have been used.

Use for making desserts and Japanese sweets such as Anmitsu, Daifuku, Dango, Dorayaki, Zenzai, Taiyaki, Manju or Yokan
